I lead creative for a large, complex portfolio of work—and make it feel anything but. From audit to AI, I specialize in turning dry or difficult topics into meaningful, human stories that resonate.
At Deloitte, I manage a core team of 15 and collaborate across 30+ client teams, helping shape everything from brand campaigns to keynote films. I’ve directed the firm’s most-watched videos, helped reimagine its $75M DEI initiative, and was part of the development of a new brand identity debuting summer 2025.
Outside of the work, I’m proud to have been recognized globally for my leadership style—empathetic, clear, and quietly firm. I also teach a firm-wide presentation class designed to help people tell stories that actually stick. Whether I’m guiding a team or shaping a script, I’m always looking for what makes something matter.

Two Data specialists make sandwiches
Our video campaign took into account the personalities and styles of our leaders to create content that wouldn’t just explain what we do with data for accounting and reporting, but share our expertise and thought-leadership in a way that resonates with today’s audiences and makes sense for the channel it debuted on (YouTube).
Drawing inspiration from cooking videos across YT, we worked to style, script, direct, and strategize on how to get the most out of our food-loving talent, while also retaining a sense of deep professionalism and seriousness.

“Turn our data capabilities for accounting and reporting INTo an engaging video” isn’t the sexiest brief I’ve ever gotten. But it’s a challenge I was thrilled to accept and guide my creative team on, resulting in not only a stellar video that offers a new approach to creative internally — but a campaign that has surround sound promotion, personality-driven thought leadership, and a sense of humor.
